How to do?

  1. Ingredients required : Dal (Bengal Gram Dal/Harbara Dal) 1Kg, sugar 400 Gm, Jaggery 400 Gm, Elaichi, Jayphal.
  2. Make Sure That Jaggery is not salty in test, insted sugar 400 Gm, Jaggery 400 Gm you can take only Jaggery 800 Gm
  3. Boil dal and cook it using any vessel or pressure cooker
  4. Add jaggery and sugar ghee and cook it again in vessel
  5. Obtained mixture should be processed in grinder
  6. Then go for dehydration process in which Puran is put in to dryer
  7. In dehydration The mixture obtained is subjected to dryers for a duration depending on quantity
